When parents make the big step in sending their children to boarding school, they are entrusting them to the school’s care in every aspect. At Rydal Penrhos School, our dedicated chefs and catering staff strive to create menus that are healthy, delicious and which provide plenty of variety and interest. These include hot meals (with a vegetarian option), soup, fresh baguettes and salad. Please download our sample menus.
Boarders have breakfast, lunch and supper at the school and there are kitchen facilities in all of the boarding houses. There is a ‘Food Forum’ held once a term to provide boarding pupils with an opportunity to discuss school meals and to make any suggestions or changes to the menus.
